Finding suitable tenants takes time and effort. At Phoenix Workforce Solutions Ltd, we are happy to relieve busy landlords of the burden of finding reliable tenants.

We lease the properties on behalf of our tenants and pay you directly via standing order into a nominated account each month. All of our tenants sign a Licence Agreement and occupy the accommodation as Licensees.
