We can lease a wide portfolio of accommodation within our network of accommodation providers including:

Accommodation Booking Service

We offer accommodation to shares or individuals. If you have a member of staff looking for a room in a shared house we will secure the accommodation and negotiate the contracts on behalf of the tenants for a one-off fee of £85 plus VAT. Standard rental rates apply and the agreements are directly between the landlords and the tenants. The minimum term will vary from landlord to landlord from 1-3 months.

Company Let Scheme

We lease properties for sharers on a short-term (minimum 1 month) or 6 months Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement.  We cover the costs involved with organising the accommodation and charge 1 month’s rent in advance and 2 weeks deposit.  Thereafter, the rents are paid weekly or monthly in advance.
