After many years of providing accommodation 
programmes to language schools and universities, Phoenix Workforce Solutions Ltd was incorporated as a limited company in 2008 with a greater focus on organising accommodation for labour providers.
Phoenix Workforce Solutions Ltd is not a letting agent. We work with private landlords and other accommodation providers to develop solutions which best fit around the needs of our clients. We ensure that the accommodation is:
- On budget
- Located near the workplace
- Fully furnished
- Compliant with housing legislation
- Assigned a Housing Welfare Officer

We employ Housing Welfare Officers throughout the country to meet and greet the tenants on arrival at the accommodation and provide ongoing support with housing issues throughout the tenants stay.
All of our accommodation is compliant with current housing legislation. We can provide photos of the properties and will only proceed with the let once we have sign-off from the client.
